Starwebart is a web development studio. We design and code public websites, client portals, online stores, and web-based applications — for accountants, shops, landlords, clinics, and product teams. Not a template with a logo on it. Software with a face, shipped to work on a Monday morning.
What we do
Starwebart builds two things, and we say them plainly: websites and web-based software. A site that explains the firm, takes an enquiry, or sells a product. An application that logs people in, stores their files, books a slot, or shows a landlord which tap is leaking.
We have done this since 2007 — through Flash, through responsive, through whatever the stack is called this year. The brief is still the same: it has to look considered, and it has to work when the person on the other side is in a hurry.
Every project starts with a Night Chart — one page of tone, motion, and the three decisions we will not reverse later. Then we design. Then we write the code.

Online shops we design and develop end to end: catalogue, cart, checkout. Built so your team can edit products without calling us every Tuesday.

Logged-in products: dashboards, schedulers, internal tools. We design the interface and write the front of the software — dense where it must be, quiet where the eye needs rest.
Property · Lettings · Housing
Web software for people who hold keys and people who wait for them. Listings, tenant login, owner login, repair tickets that do not disappear.
Hotels · Clinics · Hospitality
Sites and small web systems for rooms, tables, and appointments. Honest availability. Staff tools kept off the guest-facing page.
Identity · Front-end · Systems
When the site needs a voice as well as pages: type, colour, motion rules — then implemented in the code, not left in a PDF.
How we work
One long conversation. We write what you repeat. That is the brief for the website or the software.
One page: tone, three colours, what the product must do on day one. Signed before a pixel is spent.
Awkward screens first — login, empty cart, “flat is in arrears.” Then the public face.
You leave with the site or the application, and a way to change a sentence without summoning us.
The house mixture
Void, antique gold, electric aqua, and a flare of magenta — mixed so the gold never looks like a bought luxury theme. We call it Eclipse Brass.
Commission
Tell us which it is — a public site, a store, a portal, an application — what is broken now, and when it must live. We answer within three working days, even when the answer is a kind no.
